Hi, I’m Sam Cable…

I’ve been working in property for over 15 years, starting out as a negotiator and working my way through various roles to Area Manager before taking the helm as Branch Manager in Rothley. Along the way, I’ve helped hundreds of people move home across Charnwood and the wider Leicestershire area – and I’ve learned that no two moves are ever quite the same!

What I love most about my job is being able to work in Charnwood, an area I’m proud to call home. With its fantastic villages, strong community spirit, great schools, and beautiful countryside, I genuinely think it’s one of the best places to live in Leicestershire (although I may be slightly biased!).

When I’m not talking property, you’ll usually find me keeping up with Formula 1, keeping up with the latest goings on at Leicester City, or exploring somewhere new in Europe. I’m also a huge dog lover, especially when it comes to pugs, and I have a slight addiction to good coffee. Some might say I love a coffee a little too much… but I prefer to think of myself as highly committed to caffeine research!
